Iphone hell

Sorry for the lack of posting. In addition to ESDNM being in town for our monthly call on clients, my Iphone died (sort of) while trying to upgrade to their new 4.0 operating system. As such, I've spent about 8-10 hours on the phone or email with Apple and Microsoft trying to get a backup of my phone restored. It hasn't worked yet. Actually we thought we had it working earlier tonight (we is me and Harvey, the Apple support guy from Minneapolis), but at the very last stage, it denied me.

So my computer time has been dominated by support teams. Have a great weekend!
